- I...understand that age is kind of awesome. I am fortunate enough to know women like Gloria Steinem - who I think is one of the most stunning women on the planet – [who] doesn’t touch her face. Diane Keaton, Annette Bening - all of these fabulous, fearless women who are flawless - they embrace it!
- What we do know is that we know how to stop Ebola. It’s not easy, but it can be done – and even in Africa. In fact, we have stopped every previous outbreak, and I’m confident we can stop this one. But it’s going to be hard, because it’s spread through so many countries, and there’s such a risk of further spread in Africa.
- I don't envy the marketing team handling 'Don Jon.' It can't be easy to sell a film that uses porn (LOTS AND LOTS OF PORN) as a metaphor, no matter how good it is (and 'Don Jon' is very good).
- Not only should we not get our moral compass from religion, as a matter of fact we don’t…if you actually look at the bible or the Koran, and get your moral compass from there, it’s horrible – stoning people to death, stoning people for breaking the Sabbath. Now, of course we don’t do that anymore, but the reason we don’t do it is that we pick out those verses of the bible that we like, and reject those verses we don’t like. What criteria do we use to pick out the good ones and reject the bad ones? Non-biblical criteria, non-religious criteria. The same criteria as guide any modern person in their moral compass that has nothing to do with religion.

- A half-century after racing the Russians to the moon, the U.S. is barely suiting up in the international race to secure interests in the Arctic.
- In response to criticism of its treatment of killer whales, Sea World said it will build them a larger habitat. When asked for comment, killer whales said, 'Hey, you know what's a larger habitat?' THE OCEAN.
- There is no debate in the scientific community…We need [Congress] to change things, not to deny what's happening.
- The worst thing about Daylight Savings is that clocks now set themselves, so I can’t lie about why I’m late on Monday.
- Everyone wants a slim figure. Everyone gets breasts done. Everyone fixes up their face if it's not ideal, you know? Everyone strives for the golden mean. It's global now.
- Someone is an ignoramus who would say that, 'Oh, we had three hurricanes this year. This proves that somehow the climate is warming.’ The earth is 4.5 billion years old, and you're going to say that we had four hurricanes and so it proves a theory?
