- It is time that we all perceive gender on a spectrum not as two opposing sets of ideals.
- It is imperative that the followers of the various religions join their voices in calling for peace, tolerance and respect for the dignity and rights of others.
- In the face of corruption that siphons billions away from schools and hospitals and infrastructure into foreign bank accounts, governments have to embrace transparency and open government and rule of law.
- Sometimes they treat me serious, like, sometimes they don't. Usually what works for me, is that if I treat myself seriously and other people will treat me seriously too.

- Fight for the things that you care about, but do it in a way that will lead others to join you.
- Dream big, but focus small on those day-to-day things that will get you to your goal.
