The era of the kinder, gentler Republican is over.

All Americans should be alarmed by Russia’s actions.

This is serious business. If they're able to harm the electoral process, they may destroy democracy, which is based on free and fair elections.

You people were vicious, violent, screaming, 'Where's the wall? We want the wall!' Screaming, 'Prison! Prison! Lock her up!' I mean you are going crazy. I mean, you were nasty and mean and vicious and you wanted to win, right? But now, you're mellow and you're cool and you're not nearly as vicious or violent, right? Because we won, right?

This campaign has nothing to do with traditional right versus left. It’s about outsiders versus insiders. And While Trump has rounded up one segment of outsiders – the white male working class that’s been on a downward economic escalator for years -- the Democrats have attracted another segment of outsiders – Latinos, Asians, communities of color, and women.

I want you to know that nothing has made me prouder than to be your champion

It’s not about insults or taking each other down. As a person who is deaf, as a woman, as a mom, as a wife, as an actor, I have a voice. And I’m using that voice to make myself heard...and vote.

With regard to response, we obviously will ensure that a US response is proportional. It is unlikely that our response would be announced in advance.

You will be our President when you read this note. I wish you well. I wish your family well. Your success is now our country’s success. I am rooting hard for you.

The FBI has a history of extreme caution near Election Day so as not to influence the results. Today’s break from that tradition is appalling.
