When you are giving a certain portion of your life to people and you’re selling it sexually, you’re selling it sensually, and you’re selling it romantically – for you to then take that portion that you give only to fans away and to give it to one person, it kind of… if they don’t approve, it might be crickets for me.

The truth is, I'm really in pursuit of greatness. I know people don't usually talk like that, but I want to be one of the greats.

The most important thing is that you be a good person and you live by the golden rule of do unto others. If you live by that, that's all I care about.

Well, I wasn't a fan of his at all. He was a deranged person as far as Trump is concerned. He became like a deranged person. Trump derangement syndrome. So, I was not a fan of Rob Reiner at all in any way, shape or form. I thought he was very bad for our country.

And then something happened when I was in Venice. I was there with my sister and my mom and my dad, and during that ovation, I saw them standing behind me, and I saw my agent, whom I've known for ten years now, and I kind of looked around, and I realized I was exactly where I was supposed to be my whole life. And every day since making that movie, in this industry I've felt a kind of great calm that I'm in the right place, I'm meant to be here.

I was quite overcome by the faces of those I saw in the crowd. There were people there that had helped raise me. There were so many who had believed in this when it was but an idea, and to celebrate their victory, our victory all together at once. It was a joy.

Maybe it won’t change the world, but it might change someone’s day.

I have a lot of nervous energy. Work is my best way of channelling that into something productive unless I want to wind up assaulting the postman or gardener.
