- Red meat is NOT bad for you. Now blue-green meat, THAT'S bad for you!
- [Washington, DC] feels like you’re watching performance art. A lot of the time. I don’t believe them, I don’t believe what they say, I don’t think they’re being absolutely sincere. I think it’s performance art. And most of them are bad actors.
- I view the United States, today, much like East Berlin. And I'm off the grid. I've tried for 20 years to warn the country about the Democrats and Republicans, and nobody's listening.
- To be honest, I expected there to be controversy [over "Noah"], I think all Biblical adaptations carry the weight of that, because it is something that is so personal to people.
- On the first day, God created the navy blue blazer with brass buttons and khakis. And I looked and saw that it was not good. On the second day, He made the ill-fitting all-black suit. And I looked and saw that it was kinda bland. On the third day he created the boxy grey suit -- and things were starting to get bleak. On the fourth day, I cried. The hunt for my bar mitzvah suit was failing miserably.
- Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg apparently called President Obama directly to complain about NSA and how it spies on ordinary Americans. That's right, the guy who runs Facebook got mad at the NSA for spying on people. Talk about the pot unfriending the kettle!
- If I had to take my family to court and convict them of being followers of Christ, I am not sure where I would find the evidence.
- I’ve got to admit, I don’t get it. Why are folks working so hard for people not to have health insurance? …Many of the tall tales that have been told about this law have been debunked. There are still no death panels. Armageddon has not arrived. Instead, this law is helping millions of Americans, and in the coming years it will help millions more.
- There’s a reason survivors choose not to go to the police, and that’s because they’re treated as the criminals. The rapists are innocent until proven guilty, but survivors are guilty until proven innocent - at least in the eyes of the police.
- In battle, combatants engaged in war against America get no due process and may lawfully be killed. But citizens not in a battlefield - however despicable - are guaranteed a trial by our Constitution. No one argues that Americans who commit treason shouldn’t be punished. The maximum penalty for treason is death. But the Constitution specifies the process necessary to convict.
- This is not Armatrix screwing over the people of New Jersey. It's the legislature screwing over the people of New Jersey.
- Jail is just another micro-society. It just happens that here, the problems are far more out in the open, we don’t live with the facades of lies that democracy or capitalism creates for us.
