We're talking about the direction of our country, our children's future, the direction of the Supreme Court, all of this hinging on the next election. And at such a time as this, you cannot be lukewarm. We're going to take our country back, and you are either with us or against us.

And I said this when I testified for 11 hours that no one has thought more about or lost more sleep over the lives that we lost, the four Americans, which was devastating. And we owe to those brave Americans that we make sure we learn the right lessons from this tragedy.

I guarantee that there is no political influence in any investigation conducted by the Justice Department, or the F.B.I. — not just in this case, but in any case. Full stop. Period.

It’s not five people, it’s not ten people, it’s not 1,000 people. We are talking about millions of people arriving in bulk numbers in Greece. Who is going to feed them? I do not believe - and I know this is a horrible thing to say - but I do not believe that the president loves America. He doesn’t love you, and he doesn’t love me. He wasn’t brought up the way you were brought up and I was brought up, through love of this country…with all our flaws, we’re the most exceptional country in the world. I’m looking for a presidential candidate who can express that, do that, and carry it out.

Article II Section 2 of the Constitution says the President of the United States nominates justices to the Supreme Court, with the advice and consent of the Senate. I can't find a clause that says '... except when there's a year left in the term of a Democratic president.'

One of my biggest differences has been on guns, and I'm very pleased that he flip-flopped on the immunity legislation. Now I hope he will flip-flop on what we call the 'Charleston loophole' and join legislation to close that.
