- You gotta realize we are in America, and in America, there are no sacred days. Because we commercialize everything. We’re only 5 years away from 9/11 sales….’Come on down to Red Lobster! These shrimp are 9 dollars and 11 cents!’ It doesn’t matter what the holiday is. Martin Luther King Day, it’s gonna be the same thing. Gonna be watching TV like, ‘These Toyotas are practically free at last, free at last!
- The Big Bang - which today we hold to be the origin of the world - does not contradict the intervention of the divine creator, but, rather, requires it. Evolution in nature is not inconsistent with the notion of creation, because evolution requires the creation of beings that evolve.
- The Nazis believed in a master race. The militant Islamists believe in a master faith.

- The Court is making the preposterous assumption that the People of the United States somehow silently redefined marriage in 1868 when they ratified the 14th Amendment.
