- ¦Something I am going to work very hard on changing - and I hope it changes before I die - is to make it illegal to buy, post, or shop a photo that's been obtained illegally. I have photographers that jump my fence ... if somebody jumps my fence and takes a picture through my window of me naked, that's illegal, but the photos can still be everywhere (online) the next day…that makes no sense!
- I don't get it. No disrespect to Kim [Kardashian] but... people are offended by my breastfeeding selfies and are fine with her - amazing - booty cover?
- I was patient zero. The first person to have their reputation completely destroyed worldwide via the internet…Of course, it was all done on the excruciatingly slow dial up. Yet around the world this story went. A viral phenomenon that, you could argue, was the first moment of truly 'social media'.
- I was expecting some real, real rotten conduct by guys, and I didn't see that. I saw, ‘Hey, baby.’ ‘Looking good today, girl.’ ‘Have a good day.’ ‘How are you?’ ‘Ooh. Ooh. Looking good’ …It was men being polite. And it was men mildly aggressive…I mean, I don't do those kinds of things, but it didn't seem intimidating to me.
- Goodbye to all my dear friends and family that I love. Today is the day I have chosen to pass away with dignity in the face of my terminal illness, this terrible brain cancer that has taken so much from me … but would have taken so much more. The world is a beautiful place, travel has been my greatest teacher, my close friends and folks are the greatest givers. I even have a ring of support around my bed as I type … Goodbye world. Spread good energy. Pay it forward!
- Take a hard look in the mirror. I have. And this is why I am about to take out ZAU and my life. ... So I'm gonna smoke this blunt and move on, take care everyone.
- It’s fascinating to watch. Everything I’ve seen from ISIS is almost textbook - professional marketing and messaging. Beheading videos are not unprecedented, but ISIS has been able to use social media to spread their evil on a whole new level.
- We’re aware of where our dollars are going. We’re aware of the power of our dollars. We’re aware of the cultural significance of the way that we choose to wear our hair. There’s been a lot of taking back the power, and a lot of that is from the Internet.
- Even worse than seeing women's privacy violated on social media is reading the accompanying comments that show such a lack of empathy.
- Three weeks ago, half the population didn't know what ALS is. Now millions of people do, and that's generated hundreds of thousands of contributors to the cause.
- America is just so weird in what they think is right and wrong. Like, I was watching ‘Breaking Bad’ the other day, and they were cooking meth. I could literally cook meth because of that show. It's a how-to. And then they bleeped out the word 'f__k'. And I'm like, really? They killed a guy, and disintegrated his body in acid, but you're not allowed to say 'f__k'? It's like when they bleeped 'molly' at the VMAs. Look what I'm doing up here right now, and you're going to bleep out 'molly'?
- According to new statistics, Pope Francis is the most talked about person on the Internet. And not only that, he has the most viewed profile on Christian Mingle.
